Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip or authorization form.
- 3.Ship to Salon U-ltimateĀ®
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for tracked delivery back to our warehouse.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned products, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
